About "What do you do in that workshop?"
You can get all the details about Silva from wikipedia (see) ..About the workshop that i attended; its a three days workshop in which they program our mind with different techniques.. They take us to a trance state (a state between being sleep and awake state) and give us a few suggestions.. This is called programming.. Ideally there should be 21 trances but we got only 14.. :(...And that too were not very clear to understand..
VISUALIZATION & IMAGINATION
A main thing that i have now realized is the importance of the VISUALIZATION and IMAGINATION. These two are THE MOST important skills in mind sciences and they CAN be developed and improved by simple regular practice...
Water can store our message
There was a very informative video shown in the workshop.. it was about the ability of water to store information .. There is a guy who did some research on the crystal structure of frozen water and came up with amazing findings...His experiments show that the water crystal change their structure if you project your thoughts or emotions on it.. The video showed effects of prayers, greeting , curses on water crystal.. I am showing a few pictures...

The main idea is that thoughts can effect things..The power of prayer does exist..and that there are people who are doing research on how mind can effect the matter. (For the eyes of Raza: Do you still believe that There is NO Place in the World doing research on such things)

hmm.. quite informative!! and as prof. moeez said in that intro, the notion of "dum" on water, that some ppl do to heal others, does seem to have some scientific basis!!!

Yes I stand by my claim that there is no scientific standing as yet for any of this stuff.

all I say to you is dont be a willing believer because theres are a whole lot of people out there who want to profit from it.
this guy, do your research on him. Hes has made millions selling this stuff in books and movies, because theres a whole bunch of people who want to throw money at a guy who has a .org URL (not .edu by the way) and strings a bunch of pictures together of pretty crystals with the most unbelievable text, knowing that the more unbelievable it is, the more believers you'll get.
Theres a reason you have peer review at journals, you are forced to put your methods together in a repeatable fashion.
He doesnt do that, even though he stands to lose credibility (amongst those who arent "believers") after questions have been raised at him and his science years ago. Why can you not think "why?", why dont you question things like this instead of handing him and his creed even more money?
I'll say just one thing sameer. With all the hours and money spent on this, Sameer, how does this make your life better?

by the way I forgot to mention that Mr Emoto's idea for getting rid of sewage across the world is to stand next to the water and be nice to it.

friends, Heres my 2 cents; All these things tie in. Its a huuuge puzzle and these are small parts of it. Its always amusing to ridicule new ideas and yet looking back not too far, these new ideas are our reality. While you laugh at Sameer, he does not have the need to laugh at you; he has transcended your level of existence.
